SECTION 1 - DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hydrosaeng.com.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.
SECTION 2 - LOST IN TRANSIT ORDERS
If your package appears lost in transit or your delivery exceeds the estimated shipping timeframe by more than 10 business days, please contact us.
After review and carrier confirmation, we may offer a replacement shipment, store credit, or refund.
Please note that delays caused by customs, weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.
SECTION 3 - RETURNS
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used skincare and cosmetic products.
Unopened and unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
SECTION 4 - NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival:

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel or make changes.
SECTION 6 - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER DELIVERY
HydroSaeng is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
We recommend contacting the shipping carrier, checking with neighbors or household members, and reviewing any delivery photo or tracking updates.
SECTION 7 - REFUND PROCESSING TIME
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
